Laminated Paper V Board

VBoard is a simple product that solves a wide range of packaging problems. Made by laminating recycled paperboard into a rigid right-angle shape, VBoard provides edge protection as well as load containment, stabilization and uniform weight distribution. VBoard is the smart choice because it provides only as much protection as you actually need, offering versatility and adaptability unmatched by other packaging systems. Plus, it easily combines with other materials to create custom packaging solutions. And, as with all our products, VBoard is built to the industry's highest standard of quality, precision and consistency to assure you of thorough protection and proven dependability.

Plastic

Extruded VBoard holds tighter tolerances than paper VBoard, especially in 90-degree angles. It also takes up less space than paper edge protection for a given amount of strength. It features a professional, high-quality, smooth black appearance and is available in VBoard, VGuard and FlexBoard configurations. Standard sizes are available in leg lengths of 1.75 x 1.75 inches and 2.5 x 2.5 inches with calipers of 0.060, 0.090 and 0.120 inches. Custom-extruded shapes can be developed for large-volume applications.
